1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OLIFE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OLIFE provides AI-powered financial intelligence tools organized into three categories: Make Money, Save Money, and Save Time. The Service also includes five levels of autonomous AI action ("Autonomy Levels") that you may grant to OLIFE on your behalf.

3. Autonomy Levels & Authorized Actions

Each Autonomy Level grants OLIFE specific permissions to act on your behalf. You explicitly authorize each level and may revoke authorization at any time. OLIFE is not liable for market losses resulting from authorized autonomous actions at Level 3 and above.

4. KYC & Identity Verification

To access higher Autonomy Levels and the UBI programme, you must complete identity verification. We collect government-issued ID, proof of address, financial account information, and biometric data where required by law.

5. Universal Basic Income (UBI) Programme

OLIFE's UBI programme distributes a portion of platform revenue to verified participants. Eligibility requires Level 2 KYC completion. Payments are made monthly to your verified bank account or crypto wallet.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. OLIFE may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OLIFE is registered. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.

4. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We share data only with: regulated financial partners necessary to execute your instructions; identity verification providers; law enforcement when legally required.

You have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and data; export your data; withdraw consent for autonomous actions.
